Developing the idea of going back in time and reawakening the varietals of apples grown in the region, felt ethically correct and in attempting to plant the forgotten apples back into the ground where they first flourished, was essential.

Having the privilege and honour to live on „the earth“ where organic farming & agricultural history meet, is truly special. On our traditional organic farm in Switzerland – the Thurgau apple demonstrates the heritage of the area, and therefore we are passionate in reinstating its rightful place, in the soil of Ebersberg.

Being in the heart of Thurgau´s farmland, the Aronia berries were a necessity to accompany our variety of classic herbs and homeopathic plants. Seeding plants brings the joy of life to everyone’s heart, and is one of the most rewarding practices, watching vital sustenance thrive.

All this is grounded on the belief, that Mother Earth is the origin and the source of our existence. Having this in mind it is our obligation that all our plants are based on an organic concept, being treated with respect & conscious understanding of creating a sustainable farm.
